What this site collects

Nothing, unless you send me a message. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no third-party fonts and embeds no social widgets. The only third-party component is the bot check on the contact form, provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs only on the contact page and is there to keep automated spam out of my inbox. Cloudflare's processing is described in its own privacy policy.

The contact form

When you submit the form, your name, email address, company, role, topic and message are emailed to me and nowhere else. I use them to reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to keep in touch about that work. They are not added to a mailing list, a CRM or any marketing system, and they are not shared or sold.

Messages are kept for as long as a reply or a working relationship makes them relevant, then deleted. You can ask me at any time to see what I hold about you or to delete it: email me or use the form.

Hosting and logs

The site is served by a content delivery network, which keeps standard, short-lived server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention. I do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with data-protection law, you have the rights that law gives you, including access, correction and deletion. The controller is David Tours, reachable at the contact form.
